What rules and fees are applied to pets?

We allow a maximum of 2 pets in each apartment home with a maximum weight allowed of 100lbs each pet. There is a one-time fee of $350.00 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per month per pet. The following breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Chow-Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Wolf hybrid. Any variation of these breeds are also not permitted.

What is the shortest lease term offered?

Three months is the shortest time-period residents may commit to an apartment lease/rental term.

What is the longest lease term offered?

Thirteen months is the longest time-period residents may commit to an apartment lease/rental term.

Is renters insurance required before signing a lease?

Residents are responsible for having proof of rental insurance before signing a lease.

Does every apartment have an in-unit washer/dryer?

Select one bedroom and all two bedroom apartments have in-unit washer/dryers.
